Do you have Stackers with ephedra/ephedrine? 

This is one of the most common questions we receive and the answer is no. The products do not contain ephedra. 


Does Stackers work without ephedra/ephedrine as well as before? 

Of course. In recent years, the producers have been working to effectively replace the effects of ephedra through natural ingredients. This new stacker product is based on a completely new formula with an effect, which until recently, has been considered impossible: Strongly increased metabolism and incredibly powerful fat burning without the effects of efedra. 

Do I get the same result with Stackers without ephedra/ephedrine?

Yes. Each product has a specially developed formula that replaces efedra/efedrine, which guarantees heavy fat burning and effective weight loss. 
What ingredients do Stackers contain?  Our products contain ingredients and herbs that have been used for centuries in Chinese and African culture, and are specially selected to imitate the effects of ephedra. Absolutely without side effects.

How do I use Stackers?

Preferably use Stackers in the morning after breakfast, after lunch and at first in the evening. Do not use Stackers just before you go to bed. Always read the label. 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can always change your details if you register with us or by sending us e-mail to change your shipping address. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number  will be given to you after the receipt given from (Local Post) or (Courier Service).

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Your Order can be cancel once you notify us through e-mail Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

All order are shipped second day, once the payment is confirmed, Normal Post take between 3-8 business days while Express Delivery takes 2-4 business days.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All orders are sent via Local Post, DPD or UPS.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to STACKER DIET system for your order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal Payments and Bank Transfer.

CAN I USE PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can use PayPal without having PayPal account. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

If you do not have Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

Paypal is fast and most secure payment method online. No account needed before you can use PayPal.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

All matters are very taken serious with us and look into individual cases. If there is damages of product by post or any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at info@stackerdiet.com 

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged products received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send another to you at no cost.

2. In the case of lost mail, we will try to ask with our Local Post or Courier Service use for the Shipping of the particular order. if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, as our Local Post or Courier return the money back to us, is the part of the reason why we take all the matter seriously.

WHY MUST I MAKE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AT CHECKOUT?

We only treat Order with payment confirmation first, in the case of bank transfer you can send us payment slip in other to process your order as part of first priorities otherwise until we confirm the payment which can take 2 to 3 business working days.
